My name is Akemi Yamasaki.

I have a cookfs license. I worked in restaurants in Tokyo and Yonago,
after which I taught cooking at high school for about 20 years.
Students were able to get a cookfs license when they graduated.
I retired from that school in 2014. Now I teach cooking in my home.

There are special dishes for each season.
For example, in winter I love Fugu globefish that contain the famous swellfish poison.
In spring, we enjoy Tempula of wild plants and fresh bamboo shoots.
In Autumn, I love chestnut dishes.

Please ask me about good seasonal dishes when you take a lesson.
